the olive-colored cork veneer has been a staple of various early lamp- and lampshade designs by ingo maurer for his munich based company design m.

this design can be seen as the bigger sibling of the more common, smaller ml1 table lamp.
a very rare find in great condition.
some small scuffs on the lower six corners of the shade.
one tear on the top of the shade.
