Set of four chairs with a beech frame and curved teak backrest, seats reupholstered in washable ice gray fabric. Model "Monaco" 210 by Farstrup, Denmark, 1960s.
Manufactured by Farstrup in Denmark in the 1960s, the "Monaco" model 210 chairs combine a solid beech frame with a wide curved teak backrest. The thin, slightly inclined rear uprights extend into the tapered legs, while the contoured backrest introduces a soft line to the essential construction. The juxtaposition of different woods and the lightness of the frame are characteristic of Danish production of the period. The seats have been completely reupholstered in washable ice gray fabric. Good condition. May show signs of wear. Please refer to the photographs carefully. This piece has an attribution mark,
