A stunning antique burr walnut console table, made in England and dating from around the 1900-1910 period.
It is of wonderful quality and is a very useful size. This has gorgeous burr walnut grain patterns and colour tones, the bow fronted top has a nicely cross banded edge. The drawer has a lovely brass handle and fine, hand cut dovetailed joints. This stands on cabriole legs with crisp acanthus leaf carving at the knees.
We have had this recently re-polished, the condition is excellent for its age. There is just some extremely minor wear remaining here and there beneath the polish.
