Rectangular frame in solid teak with a honey hue, visible grain, and a dry patina. The pediment features an openwork panel carved with leafy scrolls and flowers, arranged on either side of a central motif. Large rectangular glass. The whole piece rests on two carved feet. The back, closed by a teak plank panel, protects the reverse side of the glass. This mirror would be a perfect fit for a living room, entryway, bedroom, or dressing room. The raw teak and carved decoration would suit a bohemian chic or wabi-sabi style, as well as a more minimalist interior. Height: 2.29 m, width: 1.12 m, depth: 40 cm. Weight: approximately 70 kg. Good overall condition, with a pronounced patina, signs of wear on the frame and feet, and a crack on the back panel. The glass is generally in good condition with a few minor scratches. Indonesian manufacture, probably from the 20th century. Openwork floral carving in teak is part of a well-established craft tradition in Java, with Jepara being its most famous center.
