Daumiller's sculptural furniture in solid pine is among the most sought-after designs of danish brutalism today—powerful in form, honest in material, and possessing a strong presence in any room.

the centerpiece of the table is its base: four sculpturally curved legs rise organically from a cross-shaped base, supporting the oval tabletop like natural branches. The transitions are softly sculpted, inviting the hand to explore the wood. The tabletop features a robust, rounded edge that underscores the design's solid appearance.

a special detail is the excellent extension mechanism with gears, which allows both halves of the tabletop to be pulled apart evenly. With the two 44 cm extension leaves, the table grows to approximately 228 cm, providing ample space for a large dining table. The original "made in denmark" quality label from the danish furniture manufacturers association is located beneath the tabletop.

the table has been completely restored: thoroughly cleaned, sanded, and refinished. The pine wood displays a vibrant grain with characteristic knots and a warm, honey-colored tone.

condition: very good vintage condition – fully restored, cleaned, sanded, and refinished; stable and fully functional, with minor signs of age-related wear. A rare, expressive dining table for loft spaces and exceptional interiors.

dimensions: approx. 140 × 100 × 74 cm (55.1" × 39.4" × 29.1") width × depth × height extended: approx. 228 cm (89.8") with 2 leaves of 44 cm (17.3") each

a special detail is the excellent extension mechanism with gear wheels, which lets both halves of the top glide apart evenly. With its two leaves of 44 cm each, the table extends to approx. 228 cm and comfortably seats a large dinner party. Underneath the top is the original "made in denmark" quality label from the association of danish furniture industries.
