Rare original armchair, designed in 1968 by Niels O. Møller and manufactured by J.L. Møllers Møbelfabrik in Denmark. Model 65 is considered one of the most exclusive and complex designs in Møller's oeuvre and embodies the late phase of Danish mid-century design at the highest level of craftsmanship.

Characteristic of this model are the fully upholstered backrest and the elegantly curved, sculpturally shaped armrests, which give the chair a modern, almost architectural silhouette. The solid frame, made of dark-stained oak, was meticulously handcrafted and impresses with its finely sculpted transitions and balanced proportions.

The chair comes with its original upholstery and a beautiful vintage leather cover. The dark, beautifully grained wood has been freshly cleaned and varnished and is in very good, well-maintained condition with minor signs of age.

Condition: Very good vintage condition – professionally refinished. The frame is sturdy, cleanly glued, and shows only minimal, authentic signs of wear.
