Embrace a timeless staple of early American high society with this five-piece porcelain teacup and saucer lot from Mottahedeh's legendary "Blue Canton" collection. Officially licensed as an authentic reproduction of historic Chinese export porcelain, this set is beautifully hand-glazed with iconic Chinoiserie detailing. The design showcases atmospheric vistas of pagodas, traditional bridges, rolling water, and a classic lattice border rendered in finely shaded, deep tones of underglaze cobalt blue.
A significant bonus for collectors, this listing is sold as a 5-piece grouping consisting of three teacups and two matching saucers. The inclusion of the third cup delivers great piece-of-mind utility, serving as a highly coveted replacement backup for an active dinnerware set.
