The distinctive solid wood frame, crafted from exquisite mahogany, impresses with its deep, dark hue and fine, elegant grain. The construction follows a well-thought-out principle: An extremely durable fabric upholstery is suspended within the wooden frame, providing a gentle cushioning effect. A technical detail is concealed at the top of the upholstery: An integrated zipper secures the generously sized cushion, reliably preventing the seat and backrest from slipping. The continuous cushion has been completely reupholstered in a high-quality, thick Italian furniture fabric. The light beige base color creates a fresh contrast to the dark wood, while the woven aubergine circular pattern harmonizes perfectly with the warm tones of the mahogany. We have fully refurbished, professionally restored, and reupholstered this armchair. The mahogany wood is in excellent vintage condition with a velvety finish and authentic patina.
