A charming and intricately crafted vintage Japanese bamboo display stand, modeled after a classic "Peacock Chair." This unique piece is a stunning example of traditional hand-woven craftsmanship.
Made from natural bamboo and rattan, the chair features a high, dramatic backrest that flares out like a peacock's tail, supported by a sturdy, hourglass-shaped woven pedestal base. The weaving is tight and uniform, showcasing the maker's skill. The natural wood tone has a beautiful, aged patina that perfectly embodies the Japanese Wabi-Sabi aesthetic—finding beauty in natural wear and imperfection.
Versatile Decor: While scaled down (it is a miniature/display size, not for human seating), it is perfect for elevating a small potted plant, displaying a cherished collectible, or acting as a striking sculptural object on its own. It brings a touch of Bohemian and Asian elegance to any shelf, mantel, or tabletop.
