A large Hmong ceremonial or domestic textile cover, constructed from hand-sewn indigo batik, appliqué, and embroidered panels, probably northern Vietnam or Laos, mid-to-late 20th century.
This cover is pieced together and the edges are not seamed. Condition is good, there is some fading on the indigo panels but the other areas are vibrant.
