The Rolf Benz design team conceived the design in 2008 as a variable concept: seat width, side panels, and legs could be individually combined at the factory. This version features wide, cubic armrests and a flat, elongated frame that makes a statement without dominating the room. The chrome-plated metal legs visibly lift the sofa off the floor, creating a pleasing visual lightness. The three-seater is upholstered in leather in a deep mocha tone that feels warm yet calming. The loosely placed back cushions soften the strict form and give the sofa an inviting touch. The wide armrests also offer space for a book or a cup. The leather is practical for everyday use and far more forgiving than a fabric cover. I have official proof of authenticity such as vintage catalogs,
