Made of pine wood, the cabinet features 48 small drawers arranged in 16 rows of three. Each drawer has a numbered enamel label and a metal ring pull.

The cabinet retains its original dark grey-green painted finish on the front, showing visible signs of age and use. Several drawer fronts still have old metal fittings attached, including screws, bolts, hooks and other hardware, reflecting its history as a working storage cabinet in a hardware store.

One side of the cabinet is also painted in the original dark grey-green colour, while the other side is natural pine wood. The drawer interiors are also made of natural pine. An old supplier's label is still present on one side.

with its 48 numbered drawers, the cabinet has the appearance of a traditional apothecary cabinet. Its tall, narrow proportions provide plenty of storage without taking up much floor space.

Originally used for organising small hardware items, it is equally suitable for storing jewellery, sewing supplies, craft materials, small tools or other collections. It can be used in a living room, workshop, office or shop.
