It embodies classical East Asian spirit beast iconography with its muscular, crouching stance, coiled mane, and sharp claws. Its detailed craftsmanship and striking interplay between bright polished metal and aged patina make it a captivating scholar’s desk accent and a wonderful testament to traditional metalcasting arts.
