Dark trees rise against the night sky, while modest houses and winding snowy paths emerge through layers of cool light and shadow. Serdyuk demonstrates exceptional artistic mastery through bold impasto, confident palette knife work, and a refined understanding of tonal harmony. Thick layers of blue, turquoise, indigo, gray, and white create a richly textured surface, giving the snow, trees, and rooftops a sculptural presence. The artist skillfully uses subtle variations of cold color to build depth and atmosphere without relying on strong contrasts, creating a unified nocturnal mood. Expressive strokes suggest the weight of winter, the softness of snow, and the silence of the surrounding landscape. This original oil painting is an excellent choice for collectors of winter landscapes, night scenes, snowy village art, impasto painting, contemporary impressionism, atmospheric nature art, and distinctive modern fine art.
