An original oil by Joyce Butler.
I have to confirm not a lot is known about this artist. from research, there is someone of that name that was a British politician in the 1970s. Perhaps they were a part time artist. I can confirm though that this is well painted. In particular the clouds.
It appears to be of a British countryside.
In a beautiful mottled frame behind glass.
