Vintage miniature still life oil on board painting capturing a single luminous peach set against a deep moody backdrop. Beautifully executed with rich chiaroscuro depth, this petite artwork is housed in a substantial, heavily molded gilt frame with carved foliate detailing, giving this small-scale work an impressive wall presence. Bottom layer of frame appears to be plaster while the carved layer on top appears to be wood. Ideal for display on a gallery wall, layered on a bookshelf, or hung as a focal accent in a kitchen or dining nook.
