The composition centers around a large circular mirror bordered by smoked mirror panels that create depth and a sophisticated contrast between clear and tinted reflective surfaces. The sculptural red lacquered outer frame emphasizes the strong geometric form and gives the piece its unmistakable 1970s retro-futurist character. The combination of vivid color, smoked glass and circular geometry makes this an especially decorative example of Italian Space Age design. Its generous scale allows it to function as a statement mirror in a living room, entrance hall, bedroom or dressing area, while also complementing Mid-Century Modern and contemporary interiors. Made in Italy in the 1970s.
