A fine and substantial pair of hand painted demi lune console cabinets in the elegant Sheraton style, beautifully made with graceful proportions and strong decorative presence. Their classic half-moon shape gives them a refined architectural silhouette, ideal for placing against a wall, flanking a doorway, fireplace, hallway, drawing room, dining room, or reception space. Each cabinet is very well made and of substantial size, offering both decorative impact and practical storage. The interiors feature solid oak drawers, constructed with traditional hand cut dove-tail joints, reflecting quality craftsmanship and attention to detail. The hand painted decorations give the pair a charming country house character, with delicate classical detail that softens the form and adds visual interest. The Sheraton influence can be seen in the elegant lines, balanced proportions, and refined decorative style. As a pair, these cabinets create a wonderful sense of symmetry and would work beautifully either together in the same room or separately throughout a home. There are expected signs of age and use, including light marks, gentle wear, and minor imperfections to the painted finish, all adding to their character. A superb pair of hand painted Sheraton style demi lune console cabinets, substantial, practical, beautifully crafted, and full of timeless English elegance.
