The generous curved glass form gives the lamp a distinctive space age character. A smaller ribbed glass diffuser is positioned within the central opening, creating a layered composition and a warm, atmospheric light when illuminated. The combination of smooth opaline glass, textured transparent glass and aged metal creates an elegant contrast typical of sophisticated italian decorative lighting of the period. A striking vintage accent suitable for mid-century modern, space age, italian modern, hollywood regency and contemporary interiors. Its compact proportions make it particularly suitable for a bedside table, console, side table or atmospheric accent lighting.
