Exceptional Czechoslovakian Mid-Century Modern wall coat rack by ULUV, dating to circa 1970. Crafted entirely from wood, this functional yet highly decorative piece combines four angled coat hooks with an elevated slatted shelf. The warm natural wood tone, geometric construction and restrained design reflect the characteristic aesthetic of Czech and Czechoslovakian furniture design of the period. The carefully constructed side supports and open slatted upper section give the piece a particularly elegant architectural appearance. Ideal for an entryway, hallway, bedroom, studio or collector's interior. An authentic vintage example retaining its original condition, signs of use and attractive natural patina.
