Compact in design, they feature rounded sides and a front entirely enclosed by a sliding curtain made of thin wooden slats. The louvers follow the upper curve of the unit and retract to reveal an interior fitted with white laminate shelves and a top compartment.

This closing system allows for complete access to the storage without requiring a door swing, a principle characteristic of Klaus Vogt's research into functional and space-saving furniture.
