Concept and Vision

Our goal was to create a piece of furniture that was not just a piece of furniture, but a work of art capable of enriching any environment. We wanted to combine high-quality materials with unique details, creating a piece that tells a story of elegance and innovation. Contemporary design is combined with traditional Italian craftsmanship, creating a sideboard that represents the best of our creative abilities.

High Quality Materials

The upper floor is made of walnut wood, a material chosen for its natural beauty and durability. Walnut is a precious wood, known for its distinctive veins and warmth to the touch. Each piece of wood is carefully selected to ensure that its unique characteristics are enhanced in the final design. The surface is treated to achieve a smooth, silky finish, which not only enhances the beauty of the wood, but also protects it from everyday wear and tear.

Colors and Finishes

The body of the sideboard is covered in cobalt blue, a bold, vibrant, attention-grabbing color. This shade was chosen for its visual impact and ability to add a touch of modernity to any space. The glossy finish not only makes the furniture attractive, but also reflects light in order to create a lively and welcoming atmosphere.

Decorative Details

One of the distinctive features of our design is the 28 Murano glass spheres applied to the front of the drawers. Each sphere is handmade by skilled craftsmen, who use traditional techniques to ensure the uniqueness and quality of each piece. The spheres are arranged in a wavy pattern, which not only creates a dynamic visual effect, but also adds depth and movement to the design. Murano glass processing is renowned throughout the world, and we wanted to honor this tradition with an element that was both decorative and symbolic.

Functionality and Ergonomics

Functionally, the sideboard is designed to be highly practical. The four drawers offer ample space for storing a variety of items, from linen to documents and decorative objects. Each drawer is equipped with fluid opening mechanisms, ensuring a pleasant and effortless user experience. The layout of the drawers is designed to facilitate access and organisation, making this piece of furniture not only a work of art, but also a practical solution for everyday needs.

Legs and Stability

The sideboard legs, made of brass, feature a tapered design that ends with small ball feet. This detail not only provides stability to the furniture, but also adds a touch of elegance. The slender legs help to create an effect of visual lightness, lifting the furniture from the floor and allowing a better sense of the beauty of the Murano glass spheres
Crafts and Sustainability

At Justfurnituress, we are deeply committed to craftsmanship and sustainability. Each piece is made with attention to detail, using techniques that honor tradition, but also contemporary innovations. We work with local craftsmen to ensure that every aspect of design is executed with precision and passion. Our choice of local and sustainable materials reflects our commitment to quality and environmental responsibility.

Conclusion

In short, this sideboard is not just a piece of furniture; it is a sensory experience that combines design, functionality and craftsmanship. Each element was chosen and designed to create a piece of furniture that enriches living spaces, while offering practical solutions for the organisation. We are proud to present this sideboard as a symbol of our approach to design and our dedication to quality. See less
