Scandinavian writing desk from the 1950s made of elm, characterized by a pronounced wood grain, particularly evident on the fronts and the curved flap. When opened, the flap forms a large writing surface and reveals small compartments, shelves, and an internal drawer. The lower section houses three large drawers with shaped metal handles, while the short, turned legs reference the Nordic cabinetmaking tradition. The combination of writing and storage functions is typical of compact furniture designed for mid-20th-century Scandinavian interiors. Good condition. May show signs of wear.
