This striking piece of decorative lighting features an expressive, flower-like shade in a beautiful translucent lime-green colour. Its dramatic sweeping folds and asymmetrical silhouette create the appearance of flowing fabric, giving the lamp an elegant yet playful sculptural quality.
The shade features a distinctive finely textured, frosted surface that catches and diffuses light beautifully. Its delicate green colouring produces a wonderful atmospheric effect when illuminated, transforming the lamp into a glowing decorative sculpture.
The striking shade is supported by a beautifully coordinated square pedestal base featuring swirling green and cream marbled detailing. The contrast between the organic curves of the shade and the geometric base gives the piece a particularly sophisticated appearance.
With its bold proportions and unusual form, this lamp embodies the experimental spirit of late-20th-century decorative lighting. Its design complements Postmodern, Organic Modern, Memphis-inspired and eclectic interiors.
Equally impressive when switched off, this lamp makes a beautiful statement on a sideboard, console table, bedside cabinet or occasional table.
