A handsome antique desk with warm, honey-toned wood and a beautifully aged patina. The generous rectangular top features a dark leather inset with a delicate gilt border, framed by substantial wooden edging. Six drawers, arranged in two pedestals, offer ample storage and feature decorative metal cup pulls. A spacious central kneehole and sturdy plinth bases complete its classic silhouette.
Visible wood grain, knots, and timeworn detailing lend the piece a welcoming, rustic character. An appealing statement piece for a home office, library, or study.
