The design highlight is the extraordinary base made of elegantly curved round steel. The structure consists of two perfectly offset semicircles that together form a circular frame. The motif of the curve is echoed twice: The elements complement each other directly beneath the glass top and continue in a clever, mirrored fashion onto the floor. This allows the frame to taper downwards on two opposite sides – creating a dynamic, floating sculpture in the room. A particularly thick, high-quality glass top with a diameter of 99 cm rests on this stable base. The transparent glass allows the expressive base to take center stage while simultaneously creating a wonderfully light and airy atmosphere in the dining area. The dining table has been thoroughly cleaned and the chrome polished to a high gloss. It is in excellent vintage condition with outstanding stability.
