Inspired by the grand decorative traditions of Italian Baroque and French Rococo interiors, each sconce features an elongated, dramatically scrolling backplate rising above a richly sculptural arrangement of carved leaves, flowering branches, and fruiting vines.

Five gracefully extending candle arms emerge from the intricately carved composition, supporting classical fluted candle cups and faux candle sleeves. The asymmetrical botanical ornamentation creates a lively sense of movement, while the warm gilt finish accentuates the depth and intricacy of the carving.

Particularly striking are the naturalistically rendered blossoms, deeply veined leaves, and clusters of fruit, recalling the elaborate decorative woodcarving found in historic European palaces and grand country houses.

Measuring an impressive 38 inches in height, these substantial wall lights offer extraordinary architectural presence. Their generous proportions and richly textured gilding make them ideal for flanking a large mirror, fireplace mantel, formal doorway, or console table.

The pair combines Old World European grandeur with the decorative sophistication of mid-century revival design, making them equally compelling in traditional, maximalist, and eclectic interiors. See less
