1 of the 8 Peill & Putzler wall light ceiling light, brass and glass, Germany, 1970. Each sculptural vintage wall light consists of four clear glass cubes on a square brass frame which beautifully reflects the light with a warm glow. The four high quality thick clear glass cubic shades have a Brutalist textured pattern at the bottom of each base, creating depth and a three-dimensional decorative effect. The shades screw by metal rings to the frame. Also designed to work as a ceiling light, this piece can be fitted through six holes in the brass frame hidden beneath the glass shades. The dimensions of each glass cube are height 10 cm, width 10 cm, depth 10 cm. Well wired, in full working order and ready to use. The frames and the glass cubes are in good condition. Photographed with clear pygmy light bulbs 15 watts but can take other types of light bulbs, such as E14 crown gold 40 watts. This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no
official proof of authenticity,
