This striking original artwork centers around an intense, fiery palette of crimson red, burnt orange, magenta, and amber tones.
The artist masterfully built a complex, heavily textured surface by combining expressive acrylic or oil brushwork with an overlaid, crinkled fibrous rice or tissue paper collage technique. The result is a dimensional, organic lattice of lines that beautifully mimics glowing embers, forest thickets, or natural geological fissures.
The painting is mounted securely onto a heavy masonite board and housed in its original rustic, gold-gilt profile wood frame that frames the textured composition beautifully. The reverse side features a vintage exposed masonite back with original framing pins and hanging wire, highlighting its mid-to-late century heritage. A spectacular, fiery centerpiece perfect for Mid-Century Modern, Post-Modern, or eclectic bohemian interiors. See less
