This magnificent Louis Vuitton trunk is truly unique, both in its dimensions and in the fact that it is crafted entirely from leather. A testament to the brand's exceptional craftsmanship in its early days and its timeless design, this Louis Vuitton trunk boasts a beautiful, warm patina. Its color is a rich brown leather with a wonderfully aged patina. It features a lock and clasps made of solid brass, stamped with the Louis Vuitton logo. Each brass and copper stud also bears the "Louis Vuitton" mark. It has wide leather handles on the sides, as well as a hand-painted, personalized Monaco flag.
The trunk opens to reveal its complete original interior, including its original removable tray with a compartment on each side, and a quilted lining adorned with a Louis Vuitton ribbon sewn under the lid. It also retains its original Louis Vuitton label and serial number.
The underside is also entirely made of leather and stamped with the Louis Vuitton logo. This all-leather Louis Vuitton trunk is particularly rare, and the quality of this example is superb.
This spectacular Louis Vuitton trunk would make a magnificent coffee table or a blanket chest to place at the foot of the bed. It's very chic!
