This original 12-color serigraph was created by acclaimed American artist Jacob Lawrence for the 1972 Munich Olympic Games. Commissioned by Edition Olympia 1972 GmbH, the artwork features Lawrence's signature dynamic composition, utilizing bold geometric forms and vibrant, contrasting colors to capture the intense energy and forward momentum of track athletes in motion.
