Wall-mounted sunburst mirror signed Chaty Vallauris, Provençal manufacturer, Mid-Century Modern period, 1950s-1960s.
Radiant composition of alternating lengths of brass-plated cylindrical rods, creating an asymmetrical sunburst effect. The central disc is set with a double ring, the inner band of which features a twisted rope motif, characteristic of this manufacturer's work. Stamped signature on the reverse of the central disc. Satin gilt bronze finish with a warm and uniform patina. Diameter: 70 cm. Weight: 2 kg. According to the seller, this piece is entirely original, with no apparent damage.
