An elegant vintage silver trinket box featuring a circular form, decorative fluted design, and hinged lid. Measuring approximately 3 inches in diameter, this charming little box is ideal for storing jewelry, keepsakes or other small treasures. The interior bears two partially legible circular hallmarks. One appears to incorporate a five-pointed star, possibly consistent with Spanish silver marking conventions. The second contains a worn pictorial device that may represent an animal or maker's signature. These marking suggest a possible Spanish origin, although the country of manufacture, maker, and silver fineness have not been conclusively established.
