Here is a vintage cribbage game made in the style of the rare John Roberts cribbage board game. It is made in the form of a double-hulled Polynesian outrigger or canoe (waka) and has ten faux ivory pegs (6 Hawaiian god images and 4 plain pegs). The wood is probably walnut, not koa. Measures 20.75-inches long. Not signed. See photos for details.
Condition: The wood is in good condition with scuffs from normal age and use. The faux ivory ends are in fair to good condition with a chip on one tip and hairline cracks on two. One of the faux ivory cross pieces has darkened and is cracked. The cross pieces are loose and can be reapplied. Not perfect - bet very hard to find. See photos for details.
