These characteristics contribute to the leather's warm, lived-in appearance. The upholstered seating surfaces are all less than three years old, there are no rips, tears, or stains present. Please note: One sofa has a section of its underside dust-cover fabric that has become detached and hangs below the frame and I have included a photograph of this section. This is an underside upholstery issue and is not visible during normal use. The fabric may be re-secured or replaced by a professional upholsterer. This condition is disclosed for accuracy and transparency. Please review all photographs as part of the condition description.
