The chairs … Read more A striking set of eight cane and mahogany Danish dining armchairs crafted in a mid-century Scandinavian modern style. The chairs feature klismos-inspired mahogany frames, constructed rectangular backs, open sweeping arms, and a woven hand-caned back panel. The chairs sit atop elegant splayed saber legs descending from the back and arms. The mahogany frames are finished in a warm dark honeyed or caramel tone, varying from chair to chair. The seats have been upholstered in a crisp black and white feather print fabric, creating a fresh contrast with the wood frames and natural cane. The chairs have a desirable authentic aged and faded patina on the mahogany finish with solid joinery and construction. Crafted in a Scandinavian modern or organic modern style, the chairs are well-suited for a variety of interiors with a distinctive profile. Arms of the chairs measure 24" tall. Sold as a set of eight.
