The bold sculptural face is distinguished by dramatic circular eyes projecting from deeply recessed sockets, pronounced carved eyebrows, rounded cheeks, and a broad snout with pierced nostrils. An open mouth reveals pale carved teeth above an extended reddish tongue, creating an animated expression and considerable visual presence.

Warm honey and amber wood tones are balanced with deep charcoal, muted terracotta, and rich reddish-brown accents. The natural wood grain, hand-carved details, and gently aged surface bring depth and texture to the composition.

Attributed to Thailand and believed to date from approximately the 1950s–1970s, this mask belongs stylistically to a coordinated group of decorative Southeast Asian animal carvings.
