Fabulous 1980s natural wicker/rattan chairs with ottomans. Very sturdy, very large and deep barrel-back chairs, big enough to lean back and curl up in! These sets were made in Smith and Hawken’s heyday and showcase their quality and style. These deep-seated club/lounge armchairs feature high, curved backs and matching rectangular ottomans. They have never been used outdoors and are real wicker (not resin or plastic); they are not marked with the company name but were purchased there.
Smith and Hawken originally built its reputation on high-end garden tools, natural materials, and heavy teak. Their vintage rattan and wicker pieces were distinct artisanal or specialty lines.
Ottomans (without cushions) measure 31” x 22” x 16” tall. All measurements are approximate.
