particularly striking is the large painter’s palette placed centrally in the composition, transforming the subject itself into a reflection on painting and the creative process. The work carries a distinctly scandinavian modernist atmosphere while also recalling french atelier painting traditions of the mid 20th century.

the painting is in very good vintage condition with minor age-related wear to the frame.
