Designed by renowned designer Lars Hellsten in 1995, their form evokes a frozen Swedish lake bathed in moonlight. The design captivates with a fascinating interplay of textures: While the top is polished to a buttery smooth finish, the underside boasts a striking, relief-like structure. As soon as a tea light or pillar candle is lit, the candlelight refracts in the textured underside of the solid crystal glass, creating an enchanting, sparkling play of light. The authenticity and provenance of both pieces are perfectly documented – one candle holder still bears the original Orrefors brand sticker, while the other features a fine engraving of the manufacturer's mark on the underside. The set has been thoroughly cleaned and cared for by us. Both items are in pristine condition – without chips, cracks, or clouding of the glass. See less
