A 1960s rattan and bamboo pendant light by Louis Sognot.
This light fixture is distinguished by its cage-like, curved rattan structure.
The delicate, meticulous, and handcrafted rattan and wicker are intricately woven around the elements that make up the pendant.
The cylindrical central shade retains its original fabric and diffuses a soft, diffused light.
The suspension chain is also made of curved rattan links.
In good condition, with very slight signs of age and a lovely original patina.
The shade is also in good condition, with a minor flaw at the fabric seam.
All details have been photographed.
