this danish teak secretary desk embodies the mid-century modern style of the 1960s. A danish cabinetmaker crafted this exceptional vintage piece. Indeed, this piece combines clean lines with excellent functionality for everyday use.

furthermore, its teak veneer radiates warm, golden hues. This creation instantly enhances a living room, bedroom, or office.

a versatile vintage piece with multiple functions

this piece easily meets several needs in your home. It combines three different everyday uses:

a practical desk: simply pull out the sliding top to create a comfortable workspace.

a retro dressing table: the upper section conceals a fold-down mirror in the center of the compartment.

a spacious chest of drawers: the lower section includes three large, deep drawers for your belongings.

in addition, the top row houses four smaller drawers. You can easily store your accessories or small items inside.

refined details and authenticity

this piece reflects the best of 20th-century nordic craftsmanship. Indeed, every detail showcases meticulous finishing:

carved handles: the drawers feature delicate solid wood handles.

tapered legs: four splayed legs elegantly elevate the structure.

original lock: the first large drawer retains its keyhole (the key is missing).

excellent condition and complete restoration

this vintage piece retains its beautiful original appearance. Our workshop recently restored the entire structure:

first, we meticulously sanded the surfaces to reveal the wood grain.

then, we applied a high-quality natural oil. This treatment nourishes the wood and provides lasting protection.

however, very slight signs of age remain visible in places. These subtle details highlight its history without detracting from its overall appeal. Starting today, you can install this piece in your home.
