This incredibly elegant piece was made in Italy during the 1950s by Nova Tecno. In amazing condition, the leather has developed a deep and warm natural patina. The ashtray has an outer frame in thick, hand-molded deep brown leather with geometric decorations in a lighter shade of brown. It is completed by a large internal crystal ashtray and lined inside with green velvet. The sinuous base in curved leather makes the ashtray absorb and reflect light in an incredibly charming way. A masterpiece of Italian design. A highly decorative and charming piece and a must-have for leather lovers. Perfect for elevating a Mid-Century Modern living room or a contemporary studio.
