A handmade Turkish brass armor display featuring a tall domed helmet and round shield mounted on a matching pedestal stand. Deep radial fluting spreads from the raised central rosette across the shield, alternating with finely textured recessed channels. The helmet repeats the same ribbed treatment, giving the two pieces a closely coordinated sculptural surface.
A dark linked chainmail aventail hangs beneath the helmet, while small copper-toned rivets punctuate the shield perimeter and decorative metalwork. The aged brass finish settles into the recessed texture and emphasizes the contrast between the raised ribs and darker worked areas. Intended as decorative display armor rather than functional protective equipment.
