Both horses are depicted in a dynamic, prancing pose with their heads raised and mouths slightly open. Their bodies are decorated with a turquoise-blue enamel ground covered in scrolling floral and cloud motifs in red, yellow, blue, and green. The manes, tails, hooves, and harnesses are finished in bright gold (gilt). The saddles feature a red cartouche on a green ground with a floral design. Each horse bears an embossed four-character seal mark on its underside reading "乾隆年製" (Qianlong Nianzhi). The enamel surface shows a glossy finish with some areas of wear and pitting, typical of aged cloisonné work. This listing includes both horses.
