Add timeless elegance and sophisticated texture to your space with this vintage French Neoclassical-style tub/barrel chair. Manufactured in the USA by Flair Furniture (a distinguished division of Bernhardt), this accent chair features exceptional craftsmanship and classic design details.
FRAME & WOODWORK: Crafted with a sturdy solid wood frame finished in a rich, warm walnut tone. The exposed woodwork showcases intricate hand-carved detailing, including a braided ribbon/guilloche motif wrapping along the seat apron and arm borders, flower rosettes at the leg joinery, and acanthus leaf flourishes accenting the arms.
LEG DESIGN: Supported by fluted, turned front legs with decorative acanthus carvings and classical tapered, splayed rear legs.
UPHOLSTERY & FABRIC: Fully upholstered in a tactile, multi-tone cut-velvet/chenille fabric featuring a stylized scallop (scale) pattern in warm neutral shades. The plush, removable seat cushion provides comfortable, supportive seating.
