This is a matching pair of cast bronze stemmed cups, each featuring a bulbous upper body that tapers into a slender stem and a flared base. The surface of the upper bowl is inscribed with archaic characters. The stem is decorated with a raised band of scrolling spiral motifs, and a distinctive heart-shaped cutout is visible on the lower section of each stem. The bronze exhibits a deep, aged patina with extensive green oxidation and reddish-brown rust, characteristic of antique metalwork.
