Signed Emile Baes: born in Brussels on November 12, 1879, died in Paris in 1954. Belgian painter, engraver, critic and writer. He formed his form and style in his hometown and then refined it in Paris in the studio of Joseph Stallaert. He was a well-known portraitist and painter of female nudes with delicate colors.
