This is a compact but distinctively decorative piece of antique furniture with rich hand carving and a beautiful darker patina of wood. The chest of drawers has a practical division with an upper drawer and a lower cabinet that can be closed with a full door. Inside there is a shelf, thanks to which it offers a well-usable storage space. The front surface is decorated with a plastically cut ornament, the side front pillars carry decorative plant motifs and the upper part with the drawer is decorated with a distinctive leaf carving decor across the entire width. The structure stands on spherical legs. Solid oak wood adds solidity and longevity. The preserved surface patina underlines its historical character and goes well with interiors furnished with antique furniture, historical accessories or stylish rustic equipment. The condition is very good. The lock is functional, the key is included. No wormholes. The chest of drawers is suitable for a castle interior, a historical villa, a gallery, an entrance hall, a study or a stylish living room. Thanks to its smaller format, it can also be used where there is no space for a large chest of drawers, but a distinctive and authentic piece of Baroque furniture is desired.
