An exceptional, large-scale 1970s Italian flush mount ceiling light, boasting an impressive diameter of 47 cm.
This monumental statement piece is a rare find due to its generous proportions and showcases the masterful craftsmanship of vintage Italian glassmaking.
It features a magnificent, heavy opaline glass shade hand-blown with a dramatic spiral twirl relief.
What sets this authentic Italian fixture apart is its spectacular performance when lit: the expertly textured glass diffuses the light into a breathtaking, grand sunburst pattern that projects across the ceiling, creating an enchanting and sophisticated ambiance.
The organic, swirling lines of the large Murano-style glass are elegantly centered by a solid brass finial and anchored to a beautifully aged brass base.
This striking combination perfectly captures the peak of Italian mid-century modern and Hollywood Regency design.
